When you place an order with us, a Lumin account is automatically created in our system connected to the email address you entered during checkout.
Easily access your Lumin account to see your order history, subscriptions, etc., by following the steps below:

Head to our site and click the person icon at the top corner of your window - or click here.
- Enter the same email address you used to place an order with us and click Email me a login link.
- Check your email inbox to find an email from support@luminskin.com with the email subject Your Luminskin Account Authentication Link. Click the link to access your Lumin account!
Note: If you don't see an email from us (support@luminskin.com) in your primary email inbox, please check your spam, trash, or junk folders.
