Many of our customers discover our products through our free trial promotion, where you can get a trial-size kit at the cost of shipping to experience our products before receiving full-size orders. Our free trial promotion includes a renewing subscription, which customers can cancel anytime.
Alternatively, our customers may place full-size orders from our website without redeeming the trial offer as a one-time purchase or a subscribe & save purchase.
If a customer chooses the subscribe & save option, it provides their preferred product at a special subscription price and will automatically renew every two months (by default). Like the free trial offer with a renewing subscription, customers can cancel their subscription anytime.

To manage and cancel any active subscription with us, please head to our chat widget at the bottom of our FAQ & Support page. Select Manage Account & Subscription, then choose Cancel my subscription. You will be asked to provide some information so our system can securely locate your account, so please be sure to provide the email address where you received an order confirmation from Lumin.
